The Banger Factory

This is a special jazz outfit, well established and proven. Several years in the making, they now have two very well received and critically acclaimed albums (including “The Banger Factory ” Ubuntu Music 2019) With the latest one fresh off the press and the first on Mark Kavuma’s Banger Factory Records. “Arashi No Ato” is the newest offering from the band.

The Banger Factory is a collective that is contingent upon bringing the people a good time. Over the last seven years, the band has developed and nourished a truly unmistakable group sound and attracts and features some of the most gifted and engaging musicians on the scene today.

“In my head I wanted it (the band) to be an organization, a force to be reckoned with,” explains Kavuma. “Everybody brings something to the table, whether it’s verbally or musically and everybody has a big part to play.” “What is more, the band brings together and unifies the local London jazz scene.
