Spice Jazz Soho Presents: Tara Minton, ‘The Devil Invites You To Dance’

After 25 years of solid jazz promoting, as founded by Paul Pace, at the Spice of Life Soho, nurturing upcoming talents as well as established masters of the music, the SpiceJazz Team (Tara Minton and Clement Regert) are excited to relocate their acclaimed operation to the well-appointed and stylish music room of Crazy Coqs.

Australian harpist, vocalist and composer  Tara Minton and her band perform music from her new suite inspired by a trip to México City in 2023.

The musicians descend into a dark night of the soul, dancing with shadows through themes of desire, truth, self-expression, and fierce, defiant joy.

Latin American music traditions, language and mythology are delicately woven into the tapestry of contemporary jazz, with the demonic and the divine locked in an embrace throughout the album, ultimately revealing something deeply, beautifully human.
