Jason Carr: Danger in a Dance

In his brand new show, Tony and Olivier nominated composer, lyricist, and orchestrator Jason Carr explores the world of dance. Jason grew up playing the piano for his mother’s dancing school in Leeds, and here celebrates dance greats like Astaire, Fosse, Balanchine, de Mille and Betty Grable through the music of Richard Rodgers, Leonard Bernstein, Irving Berlin, Jule Styne and more. Jason is a regular at Crazy Coqs, accompanying Maria Friedman, Anne Reid, Lorna Dallas and Chris Staines, among others.
