Jonny Liebeck Quintet: Contemporary Jazz Meets Electronic Dance Music

West London born pianist and composer, Jonny Liebeck, brings his Quintet to Crazy Coqs where they will perform Jonny’s original compositions from his latest EP ‘Influences’, as well as previous albums ‘The Next Chapter’ and ‘Mellow Mind’ & some new unreleased material.

Drawing from his roots in classical and jazz music, Jonny’s sound is also heavily influenced by electronic dance music genres such as Jungle, Breakbeat & House, and he blends these influences together in his writing, creating a very interesting and unique sound.

Expect a fusion of soulful jazz harmony, luscious sound textures, lyrical guitar melodies, groovy basslines and intricate breakbeats.
