  • Mlle. Loulou is a French accordionist and singer who plays with the finest jazz musicians in London. The band conjures a romantic, vintage Parisian spirit, taking the audience back to a bygone era. Their expansive repertoire ranges from the French ‘titi’ to the irresistible dance grooves of South America. Expect Swing, Tango, Cumbia, French Chanson and Musette music, the occasional Forro and even some 50’s Rock ‘n’ Roll!

Mlle. Loulou is Garance Louis; she has played the accordion with many different artists, such as (Leonie Evans and Roisin Murphy …). And is the singer of Serge Gainsbourg Confidential band, too.

She appeared on BBC6 doing an acoustic version of Padam from Edith Piaf live at Maida Vale for Cerys Matthews, who discovered her busking in the street 10 years ago and has always been a big supporter of her project since then.
